It was always bad but, its worse now, no more repeat/loop with music/frequencies, it shuts down in the middle, of playing seriously we are paying a lot of money for this bad App/Service, its a shame disgrace !
I cant login. Im logged in on the browser site which means my email and password are valid…but i cant log in on the app. Its either “no account associated with this email” or “couldnt find account”
As it stands im going to delete the app seeing as i cant even use it.
No matter what I do, I can only access my library in the app. I can't see my analytics or my dashboard. I've logged out and logged in again several times, reinstalled the app several times but it doesn't help. According to the app store and the description, I should access it via the app but how? At the bottom it just says Library, at the top left is the diese App logo and at the top right is the logout button, that's it. And I'm also sure that I'm using the correct e-mail address and yes, there should be data because I've been selling via diese App for 3 years now. What's that supposed to mean? It was better when the diese App Creator app still existed.

Mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen, nicht nutzbar.
Gumroad ist absolut unbrauchbar. Sie funktioniert einfach nicht. Warum wird sie dann hier überhaupt angeboten?!
diese App selbst ist für mich ein Mysterium. Produkte können nicht gekauft werden. Die Bezahlung per Apple Pay und Visa funktioniert nicht?! Was ist das für ein Quatsch? Ich kann nur die kostenlosen Produkte runterladen , mehr nicht!!
Seit dem letzten Update stürzt es kurz nach dem Öffnen immer wieder ab. (iPad)
Vorher hat alles super funktioniert.
Ich habe ein Produkt gekauft und mich in Gumroad angemeldet. Das Produkt wird auch angezeigt. Soweit so gut. Allerdings werden die Inhalte nicht geladen.
Ich gucke viele Videos zum Thema 3D Modellieren. Es ist echt lächerlich, dass es keine Funktion gibt die den Fortschritt zwischenspeichert... Gumroad lässt sich nichtmal im Querformat öffnen! Das ist wirklich nicht schwer zu programmieren!!! Die Entwickler geben sich keine Mühe - hauptsache sie stauben die Provision von den Autoren ab!!
Gumroad ist genauso schlecht wie die Webseite. Die gekauften Produkte können weder alphabetisch noch nach Anbieter sortiert werden und werden völlig unsortiert dargestellt. Die Suche ist unbrauchbar. Hätte ich nicht schon relativ viele Sachen gekauft und wäre die Webseite nicht so beliebt bei Anbietern von Blender Artikeln, würde ich weder die Seite noch Gumroad benutzen. Ich verstehe nicht wieso die Betreiber kein bischen Mühe in Produktpflege investieren.
Was soll das ?
Egal über was ich mich anmelden will, es klappt nicht. Egal welche email adresse mit passendem(!) passwort oder über facebook... passiert nochts außer eine meldung über ein falsches passwort. Verstehe ich nicht. Nach neuinstallation war leider nichts anders.
Da ich Gumroad nicht nutzen konnte leider nur ein stern. Habe sie ursprünglich von einer freundin empfohlen bekommen.
