Preside email Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Seems like I cannot use it for gmx (imap, Germany) account. It didn’t work to login, don't know why. Tried different adjustments. So I wasn't able to enter the preside ap and see its possibilities..

Der initiale Download blieb bei mir hängen.
Nach schließen und Neustarten wurden immer mal wieder 1 bis 2 Header bearbeitet.
Mails die ich versucht habe zu senden wurden unter send angezeigt aber nicht wirklich versendet.
Einige Mails wurden abgerufen, andere nicht.
Absolut unbenutzbar.

Ich hab alles versucht, LogIn ist unmöglich.

For me intermediate mail servers are an absolute no go - in personal matters as well as in business related communication. So all thumbs up for preside!
Only the appearance could be a little, well, more attractive.

Sehr komplexe Einstellmöglichkeiten und das Gefühl, dass ich die Kontrolle über meine Daten habe.

Ein hervorragender, komplexer, vollständig konfigurierbarer E-Mail-Client, der seinen Jahresbeitrag wert ist. Selbst in der free-Version sind mehrere Accounts möglich. Vielleicht stört sich manch einer am Aussehen. Jedenfalls kann man Airmail, Spark und Konsorten allesamt in die Tonne kloppen!

Bin sehr zufrieden - das sollte keine Werbung werden 🤓

Das ist eine tolle App. Leider mit den letzten Update 2.14.1 werden die weitergeleitete Mails nicht korrekt übergeben. Diese haben einen „kaputten Inhalt“ und sind nicht lesbar. Auch die Löschfunktion über Swipe Icons geht nicht mehr… bitte behebt das.

Der für mich mit Abstand beste iOS und iPadOS Mail Client! Endlich ein vollständiger Mail Client mit hunderten Einstellungen für die mobilen Apple Geräte. Endlich benötige ich keinen PC mehr. Und man kann ALLE E-Mails synchronisieren und danach suchen. Nicht nur die der letzten 30 Tage. Danke!!

Ich nutze Preside schon eine Weile und bin total begeistert. Ich habe 8 Postfächer problemlos über Presideemail laufen, wo andere Apps schon längst Premium verlangen. Die Möglichkeit für Premium bietet Preside auch und das Angebot für mich als Privatnutzer mehr als fair. Einziger (sehr kleiner) Wermutstropfen ist das Design, das tut der Funktionalität jedoch keinen Abbruch. Deshalb bleibt es bei 5 Sternen und klare Empfehlung!

The most customizable and useful email client I've found for iOS!

Great, responsive and helpful app developer. The app is packed with feature so that you can customize it to any workflow you can think of.

But be prepared for a very steep leaning curve. But it's worth it!

This is what I was looking for! An e-mail client with full control over my messages, terrific configuration options, quick and save archiving in folders, options to fully prevent HTML messages and user tracking.

beste Email Presideemail ich bis dato getestet habe. Einzig der Preis für die Subsciption hält mich bisher davon ab einen Premium Account anzulegen.

I was already using the predecessor app of the same author but immediately changed to this one. If you are organised like me with thousands of folders (well, only 680 in fact), you cannot miss this one here. It makes working with folders so much easier in two ways:
- you can expand and collapse folders. While this may sound trivial, neither Apple nor Microsoft or afaik any other app can do this simple task
- when moving mails into folders, this app proposes the right folder (by analysing the content - locally, not on a server!) and it is excellent with most suggestions.

There is so much more to write but give it a try. And don't play with the config options. They are simply too many to play with. Use the app first before fine tuning it.

Great work. Now replacing the stock mail app from Apple.

Yes, Preside is hard to master, mainly because the sheer abundance of features is often not organized intuitively. Once you get there, the app turns out as powerful as an email client can be on a mobile device. With the simple fact that you can bend Preside to your will (and not the other way around) in every possible aspect, it deserves a full five-star-rating despite its shortcomings.

Ich habe schon viele eMail-clients ausprobiert, aber Preside ist der Beste.
Er geht mühelos mit beliebig vielen Unterordnern um, die ich, auf Wunsch, auch hier erst noch anlegen kann.
Diverse Synchronisations- und Verschiebemöglichkeiten, die allesamt detailliert einstellbar sind.
Einstellbar ist auch das Erscheinungsbild. Nach Vorlage oder ganz individuell.
Und der support bei Fragen zu Features oder scheinbaren Mängeln? Innerhalb weniger Stunden geregelt!

Finally I found a true email app.

What I looked for: An email client which has filter and smart folder abilities.

What I got with Preside: A swiss army knife that can so much more.

Very good configuration possibilities. This email client brought me back my IMAP hierarchical inbox folder structure which I missed with so many tested other email clients.
If 10 stars would be possible, I'd give it 10 stars!

This app is excellent, allowing me to manage hundreds of server side folders and still keeping things simple enough to not lose track of what is going on.
I am only using the free version as I do not need the features of the paid version. I will likely switch to the paid version at some point as the developer is very responsive and helpful with bugs and questions.
Highly recommended!

Nachdem es Apple mal wieder geschafft hat, mit iOS 18 meinen IMAP Zugriff zu zerschießen und auch kein Bugfix in Sicht ist, ich schlicht nicht mehr an meine Mail komme, ist Presideemail echt der Retter in der Not. Klappt alles auf Anhieb! *Null Sterne für Apple*, fünf für Preside!
