They are unable to verify my phone number because it’s from a new range of numbers. Customer care was very unhelpful and had me provide proof of the number so I can verify the number (the irony of that) and then went silent for weeks without resolving the problem.
I don’t understand why a phone number is necessary (other than linking my identity across services) and how they manage to not resolve such a simple issue. Therefore the app remains unusable.

It’s like they didn’t even bother filtering the seller. I bought 3 items from 3 diff shops on this app, all of them were dissapointing. 1 came up to be fake item, 1 was false item and the other 1 was in bad quality.

Frequent updates urges you to download the app again and again. For what? For article price changes they need to update the app? Ridiculous! Only way to escape: delete it! diese App is not the hub of the world.
