I'm very disappointed with the app. I wanted to download my tickets for the Winter Olympics, but even logging in doesn't work. The email address field is unusable. I hope this gets fixed.

Recipients must also download the app on their smartphone and log in with their own credentials (or create a ticketing account) in order to receive the tickets transferred by the purchaser.

Secure access: A secure QR code will automatically appear on the ticket within the app 24 hours before the start of the session for which you purchased the ticket, allowing access to the competition venue.
- Resell them through the official Milano Cortina 2026 ticketing platform if needed.
Only tickets displayed through the official ticketing app will be accepted at the entrance gates.
