The fact that shortcuts opens up in between nearly every App is a dealbreaker.

Perfect, but
- not free (30€+)
- no transparent wallpaper option
- widgets gets tinted, no matter how you customized it

Before having this app, every time I grabbed my phone, I used to get distracted by app icons, forget what I actually wanted to do, and ended up doomscrolling instead. But this app helps me stay focused! Now I just do what I intended and often I can put my phone away afterwards, cutting down my screen time.

There is a free trail which is great and afterwards I was convinced that I was willing to spend some money to keep this tool.

Bonus: The tech support is incredibly fast and helpful!

I really like the concept and the minimal design of the app! The app is also really usable without paying which I really appreciate. The developer of the app also answered me in minutes, because I had a small problem but he said he is already about to fix it. Super kind and detailed answer! Thanks doing this and providing all important features for free, I am looking forward on testing the app the next weeks.

I’ve tried many things to reduce my screen time and stop useless checking of random apps.
This approach really seems to work for me.
I caught myself many times now that I wanted to check my phone and just put it away again because there was just nothing to check and it’s just annoying enough to open some other app manually by searching for it - or maybe it’s because most of the time you don’t even want to open an app intentionally but just tap the first app you see just to waste some time.

And best of all, it even looks gorgeous!!

I’ve tried them all. Only this one can handle most (not all) app launches without first opening Shortcuts app or itself. Also the developer Michael is very friendly and responds quickly. Last and also very important: He offers a lifetime license with one time payment. 👏 All in all totally worth it.

I really wanted to have a second phone like the lite phone to reduce screentime, but due to my job i am obliged to use an iphone. This app is the perfect compromise since it eliminates all the flashy stuff from your homescreen. Using this app + uninstalling social media = instant reduction of screen time by at least 50%!

The App is easy to set up and does what it’s supposed to do.
The Developers are very helpful and quick to respond when it comes to requests.
I strongly recommend getting this app!

Even though the app is already great as it is Michael is working hard to improve the app even further. I'm looking forward to using it for a long time.

I am using the app for some time now and I really fell in love with it it helps me regulating my screen time because ther is nothing that sucks me directly in to my phone for hours. So definitely a 5 star rating.
