Pretty useless if you’ve played the first one. The cats have the same names and look exactly the same. Most of the toys are the same, at the moment there are like 3 new ones, and they didn’t even implement all the toys from the first app yet. The yard design looks slightly different, but the graphics are the same.
There are about two new gameplay features: a) some toys can break now. Which is GREAT because it means you have to continually spend fish (money) to fix them.
And b) you can visit other people‘s yards now (using Twitter/X, of all possible ways! yikes).
So basically, it‘s just the same app again. You can spend another few years to grind fish, buy the same toys and find the same cats you already know. What a waste of time and money.
