New update just broke most of the apps i used. The release notes dont even mention this, but something changed about the way apps were added.

Funktioniert in 2 von 5 malen nicht. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel für den Preis von 10€

Nice Idea, but if you for whatever reason should delete widget #2 (I did it to reorganize quickly), in the free version there’s no way of getting it back. And with just one widget going, the screen looks half empty and can not display enough apps to really be useful any longer. Unfortunate.

The idea is amazing, I love it.
App was working like a charm until last update, I was able to add any app without any problem, now I can’t, need to figure it out the URL scheme or create a shortcut… why can’t keep it simple as it was? Besides that names cannot be change anymore. I hope this can be fixed in the future.

I would love to see the idea of the app work but sadly I cannot find the widget no matter what I do

Very nice idea and worked like a charm until yesterday. The update made it that onpoint is always opened before the target app is launched. This adds a delay that is kind of annoying :/
I hope it's not an iOS thing that forced you to do it like that.

Vor dem letzten Update war onpointMinimalHomeScreen super.
Nur danach brauchen die Apps länger um zu laden und die On Point App bleibt im Hintergrund geöffnet. Zudem kann man die Apps jetzt nicht mehr umbenennen. So leider im Alltag für mich nicht nutzbar. Bitte korrigieren dann bin ich gerne wieder zurück !

This app is really great and makes for a less distracting homescreen. But since the last update, the App opening animation is less seemless. Also not all apps are natively supported anymore, you have to open them via a shortcut. Overall the app is still great, but would get 5 stars if it were as seemless as before

My most-used app is a (self-made) webapp which it seems are not picked up for selection.

I like that when tapping on the text, it instantly opens the app that I want instead of first opening the host app itself before redirecting you to the app you meant to open. (Like the Blank spaces App does)

But I do feel like some more customisation options are missing right now. I would like to change the Background Color of the widget to be completely Black. And I would like to have an Option to aline the Text to the middle or to the right side of the widget.

I’m also wondering if the widget could be called
“ “ instead of “ . “ since it serves a cleaner look, wich this app is all about.

Thank you Dev for building an app alternative to BsA. If all of those things get Implemented, I could see myself spending a few bucks on this app (but please don’t make it a subscription model)

Die Ansätze sind top. Muss aber noch ausgebaut werden. Einstellen der Absätze wäre ein Anfang. Performance geht auch noch besser. Individuelle Benennung der Textfelder wäre auch toll.

Hat bis gestern super funktioniert, aber auf einmal führen WA Business und WhatsApp beide auf WA Business und ich kann das normale WhatsApp nicht mehr öffnen. Das hat davor funktioniert. Warum buggt das?

It doesn't use shortcuts like blanks app, which is amazing. The app simpler to set up, but for some reason misses such essential features like editing the apps list... I had to reinstall the whole on point app to change it. Something the apps in the widget are also not aligned correctly. I fixed it by adding more apps, as on point for some reason does not actually give you a warning for when you add more apps to the widget lmao. But if you don't change the widget that much and hate blanks app's shortcuts mechanics, it's probably perfect. But please fix all of those simple bugs!!!

I really enjoy the concept of the App and it does help me be less distracted by my phone, as well as reducing my screen-on-time significantly.

The new update brought some great new features like being able to change the font size, which is very useful for iPhone mini users like myself. The background illusion also works really well now and being able to add custom apps is a great feature.

Some things however have changed for the worse. I am now experiencing a bug where the apps are being spread out evenly across the height of the widget, instead of being vertically aligned like set. This makes the spacing look very irregular, when using both sizes of widgets and having different amounts of apps in them. Also the on point app now opens every time i use the widget, which i find very distracting and annoying (also because i then have it “running” in the background/ open apps). Lastly not being able to rename Apps anymore, forces me to Add all of them as custom which i find very tedious.

Even though, right now, the app is not that great to use for me. I still think it will be great one usability+minimalism has been perfected. So this is still a 5 Star rating, just with some feedback ;)

Es ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte onpointMinimalHomeScreen den unnötigen Gebrauch des Handys einschränkt

War eine klasse Idee das Phone mal zu entschlacken. Cool bei der Konfiguration wäre, wenn man die Apps editieren könnte. Ich habe oft gelöscht und neu angelegt. Bis es dann geklappt hat. Auch habe ich es nicht geschafft ein widget mit mehr als 6 Programmen zu erstellen. Gruss MSS

Plus:
- sehr hilfreich gegen Selbstablenkung (am besten in den Apple-Einstellungen noch den Farbfilter Grau für das komplette iPhone nutzen)
- es werden null Daten erhoben (man vergleiche die bekanntere und sogar teurere Konkurrenz-App - Datenkrake!)

Das ist sind zwar nur 2 Punkte, aber die sind für mich beide extrem wichtig, und onpointMinimalHomeScreen läuft bei mir völlig problemlos, so dass der Rest völlig in den Hintergrund tritt:

Minus:
- iPad-App fehlt
- mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten wären besser
- mehr direkt aufrufbare Apps wären besser, der Umweg über die Shortcuts ist für mich ok, aber trotzdem unschön

Funktioniert sehr gut. Super wäre noch, dass man onpointMinimalHomeScreen Icon auch in Dunkelgrau anpassen kann
