Why have you removed the voice upload feature in your new app? The website version was way better? I had a paid subscription but now I can’t upload my voice. It’s frustrating!
I can't choose avatars, create scripts, or add a voice. The only thing that works is that I can write my text. When I press 'generate video,' an error message appears: 'failed calculating your data.' Please help me or fix that.

Ich hatte die kostenlose Probeversion. Dann habe ich auf professionell updated. Der neue Plan erscheint nicht. Die neuen Credits erscheinen nicht. Jetzt habe ich ein Jahresabo bezahlt und nichts funktioniert. Den Support habe ich kontaktiert, aber das dürfte gar nicht erst soweit kommen. Im übrigen ist das Internet voll von Fehlermeldungen. Ist das Problem gelöst, werde ich diese Rezension ändern. Im Moment bin ich unendlich traurig und wütend.
I wrote you three times, but you refused to answer me at all. I made subscription for 35€. It didn’t work. I deleted my account deleted app and I made a new subscription for 6.9€ and again I tried it by the third 3rd time. And still do not work. So I payed for nothing. I got 1 credit? Are you kidding me? Who cares about the money. But I want my credits, however now I’m working with dupdub.
I do not recommend this app, until this issue is fixed. Or better you answer on my e mails. If anything is fixed, it could be around 4-5 stars.

The app is ok. A watermark for a paid subscription is not acceptable. No workaround should be necessary to get rid of it. 👎🏻
The voices are somewhat robotic and lifeless. All of them are missing lifelike and natural expression. Some are downright unusable. Why are not all if them available in the trial? I would like to know before I spend money on this.
Just the head and neck is animated wich makes the results quite static. A runway stile minimal motion should be present for the whole part of the visible body.
All in all I can see the potential of this app but it’s not enough to take that amout of money in a monthly subscription base given the fact that you have to except a watermark and cant use all the “pro” voices.
For professional use the quality simply isn’t there yet, for just playing around it’s too expensive and doesn’t offer enough.
Blicke auf jeglichem Niveau recht weit voraus und habe deshalb in der Regel sehr wenig zu kritisieren, da mich wenig überrascht. Jetzt allerdings bin ich ziemlich sauer. Nachdem die technischen Funktionen zwar etwas holprig, aber im Wesentlichen relativ gut funktionierten, schloss ich einen kleinen Zahlplan (6,50 €/Monat ) ab. Hatte ein größeres Projekt von ca. 35 Minuten + auf dem Schirm, dessen Text noch in Arbeit war, und wollte dafür einige Credits sich ansammeln lassen. Habe also ca. 7 Monate + das Programm nur sporadisch aufgerufen, um keine Problematik durch Inaktivität zu riskieren, was man ja wohl kennt. Als ich nun eine Videozeit von ca. 40 Min. + Im Dezember zusammen hatte, wollte ich jetzt im Januar das Projekt erstellen und musste schwer enttäuscht feststellen, dass meine Credits sich auf 40 dezimiert hatten, was einer Videozeit von nur 10 Minuten entspricht! Ich schließe mich diversen anderen Erkenntnissen an, dass der Support wirklich außerordentlich zu wünschen übrig lässt und in meinem Falle bisher kein Kontakt zustande kam! Ich bin deshalb außerordentlich enttäuscht, und auch der Kritik hinsichtlich des Watermark - Problems schließe ich mich an. Diese Applikation verschwindet, sobald ich die verbleibenden Minuten verbraten habe! Im Prinzip nur 60 Taler weggeschmissen, da dieser Verein meine angesparten Credits mit Jahreswechsel wohl mitteilungslos gelöscht haben dürfte. Es gibt krasse Unterschiede zwischen Kommerzterror mit dem dafür Erforderlichen und einem guten Produkt mit engagierten Leuten dahinter!
