Wir waren zu dritt und hatten Roller an unterschiedlichen Orten Gebucht. Der Betreiber hat uns Angerufen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir ähnliche oder die selben Roller an dem möglichst nähsten Shop bekommen, was alles sehr gut geklappt hat. Als Kaution muss man kein Reisepass abgeben, was uns sehr wichtig war und das Geld der Kaution bekamen wir paar Tage nach unserer Abreise zurück auf unser Konto. Er selber Konto sehr gut Englisch. Alles in allem eine sehr gute App um sich Roller in Phuket zu mieten.
Eine super App um fair ein Scooter zu buchen und nicht unbedingt seinen pass als Pfand da zu lassen, bei denen kann man sich sicher seine das man sein Geld zurück bekommt bei kleineren Betrieben ist das nicht immer so mir wurde zu jeder Zeit meine Frage beantwortet nach Erstellung des Accounts wurde mir ein Berater aus Phuket zu gewiesen der auch noch um 1-2 Uhr morgens geantwortet hat danke für den tollen Service der zu einem super Urlaub beigetragen hat 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This app made renting a scooter in Phuket incredibly easy. I simply chose a scooter near my location, paid securely with my credit card (rental fee + deposit), and was instantly contacted by friendly staff who handled everything with the rental shop. All I had to do was upload a photo of my passport.
The rental contract was readily available within the app, and on the day of the rental, I just showed up at the shop and was given the keys.
This was the smoothest and most hassle-free rental experience I've had in Asia, and even surpassed the complexity of car rentals in Europe!

Worked very well. Maybe multiple filter Choices can make the search more handy. For example to filter vehicles with 150-200ccm AND Above 200ccm. But it seems Like the App is in the beginning so keep on :)
