I booked the ticket with Goibibo as a guest. Why the heck couldn’t I do web check-in by continuing as a guest and retrieve my booking details on the app simply by adding the PNR/Booking no?
Why can’t I create a account with email id? In the website and mobile app, it keep on insisting me to give Indian mobile number which I don’t have currently with me. Then when I tried to login with WhatsApp, the signin link is not always working.
So, all this process is just irritating. Anyone should do web check-in by continuing as a guest without giving phone no or creating account.
