Unable to create a Profiles

I have taken the premium subscription plan in Germany and the strange part of the app is that we are not able to create the additional profiles. It’s just limited to only one profile. No support or any help possible at all from any customer support for this topic. I do not know if this setting is only for the German or European app. If that is the case it is the most disappointing experience ever of using this app ever.

Can’t access to premium

I have written to many email that I can’t access to premium I have paid for that .but they didn’t care about that .very poor customer services

Pathetic WebOs app

Unable to watch your movies using your WebOs app. Wasted my money. Email send to Your customer support number mentioned in help page bounces back. Shame.
