I am unable to use this app on my iPhone.
Please solve this issue I am Gana plus user with yearly subscription.
Below is the error message
” Sorry you cannot use the app now your data is being deleted”

I'm not able to log in to my Gaana account via my mobile phone.
I don’t know what is the issue.
I‘m also not able to log in via my mobile number as I’m not getting OTP on my mobile number.
Can you please look into the matter.
It is already 3 weeks from now I’m facing the issue.

App doesn’t allow to stream radio mirchi in background. Your subscription offer is much expensive as compared to your competitor. I used to like the app and I am consistent user since 7 years but with this new business strategy you are going to loose many customers like me. Gaana could make so much of money by airing advertisements in between songs, like what podcasts do. But paying 50€ for just radio is not worth it. These were good 7 years with you...

I bought annual ganna plus subscription but it doesn’t show in my app. I still get ads and shown as a free user.

Useless app on the iOS platform. App doesn’t start, search function does not work. I am a paid subscriber and no response from support team. I won’t suggest downloading or subscribing to it…

Since a few days i have been trying to use this app, but it still doesn’t work. It says it has deleted my data, i tried to delete it and download it again but it still doesn’t work. Please fix this problem.

I am a gaana plus user. It does have a decemt collection of music but not the best.
Unfortunately, gaana doesn’t seem interested in providing siri and siri shortcuts support even though it’s been 2 years since the revamp of Siri AI to support shortcuts and automations.

I cannot open the app anymore. It is telling that my data is deleted. Please help.

Siri opens and closes the app but things like pause, forward and next don’t work properly.

Since the last Update, the song which is playing will not be shown in the title list beneath. That’s quite sad because I’m unable to like/save the songs I like. Moreover the banner picture of the radio station doesn’t change when I switch to another station. That’s confusing. I love this app, so please get it running as perfect as it was before, please.

It’s a good app for new Hindi and regional songs release . I would request team also to add old regional songs too . I listen more of Hindi and Kannada songs . So I expect more Kannada songs to be added.

App always states to delete data at every lunch wrote several time but poor support.

I have paid money for 1 year subscription package. But i didn’t get it. I have bill of payment and there is no one from Gaana replying to my mails. Don’t buy it.

Waiting since 4-5 weeks for improvement but still not done!!

Whenever you open app you have to login everytime ...... very irritating

I can’t open Gaana anymore! It says I have delete my data. Tried refreshing and even deleted it and installed it again. But it doesn’t work! I love this app, wanna use it again as normally. Can anyone help?
