Why is this App in Arabic. It should be available in an English version too. Not everyone in this city speaks Arabic. Such a multi-cultured city but no English language. That’s because it was not helpful.

Frustration und Aggressionen macht sich breit, weil nix geht!!!

I expect from such an app, that I put in my hotel name a the nearest station will be shown. As a tourist I expect such a function that I get in any major city.

On the other side I’m missing some basic information e.g. operating hours. Yesterday we walked out of the mall for reaching the station. I’m the Dubai mall that is almost 1 on walk. When we finally arrived the just closed the doors. I don’t get understand that, you have a mall that is open until 24:00 and close the station at 23:30!? In the Internet I read operating Time is until 24:00.

Easy to use even for Tourists.
Best is to buy eG. a more days Ticket.
Very good but often crowded.
