Crashes

Cannot run this anymore , it's only crashing.

Stürzt ständig ab

ZendeskSell sieht zwar hübsch aus, stürzt aber regelmäßig reproduzierbar ab. Kann eigentlich nicht bewertet werden, da noch im Beta-Zustand.

Great App but some features broken/missing

Thank you for such a great app.
When creating or editing a deal, it is not possible to select a date. The date picker is shown but the date is not updated. Such deals have only todays date. It is not possible to add past deals with past dates.

My device: iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15.2

Also it would be great to have a monthly overview of the planned tasks or events in the internal calendar.

And it would be very great if you could add recurring events to the calendar with monthly and yearly intervals for customer services.

Bestes Gesamtpaket mit Potential

Nach vielem Ausprobieren diverser Anbieter habe ich mich für Zendesk entschieden, das Programm ist von der Handhabung und vom Funktionsumfang her meiner Meinung die momentan beste Lösung. Da eine meiner Meinung nach grundlegenden Funktionen fehlt gibt es leider nur 4 Sterne: Eine Absicherung mittels Zugang per Touch ID/Face ID wäre zeitgemäß und gerade bei einer App mit so vielen persönlichen Daten auch optimal platziert. Ich hoffe, dass Zendesk da zeitnah das entsprechende Feature platziert und würde mich über eine Rückmeldung des Herstellers hierzu freuen.

Great app but one function is missing.

The only function missing is to export contacts with one tap. If I am calling with my phone and want to save the contact I need to do it manually.

Hat alle Funktionalitäten, die man benötigt und sieht auch noch sehr gut aus. Absolut Top!

Great system, great app

Responsive and almost complete app for Base CRM
+ the UI is great and makes use of "mobile", for example sliders
+ fast and smooth
+ almost all features from web are available
- the app updates the database and that takes a bit long. Meanwhile the user can't do anything
