I‘m a big arm wrestling fan for years now and it‘s great to see the popularity of the sport grow but I‘m starting to believe that Coresports is the wrong platform as a streaming provider. I have no problem with PPV and I‘m happy to pay for the events but I expect a 100% working service for it. Literally every stream was bad, loading errors, catastrophic audio and other interruptions. And if I ask for refund because it was again unwatchable they respond that I accepted the TOS and that‘s it. I could watch for maybe 30 minutes total yesterday because the rest of the 4 hour event the video couldn‘t load. And I’m not the only one as you can see on instagram during the live events. There are maany comments by frustrated viewers in their instagram posts but they have the #%$ audacity to delete them and act as if everything was fine. They just ignore the long ongoing problems but are very happy to take your money. I won‘t pay another PPV until this gets fixed or at least be adressed appropriately to the viewers with refund offers. It‘s just unprofessional and unacceptable. I don‘t recommend it!
