30+€ for a monthly plan? You are out of your mind! So you quit providing for the old app, never replied to my emails and tell ppl to install this one now instead…where the price was increased almost fivefold, might I add? How is that a problem solved? You are kidding right? Good luck with that.
Ok, to your response. I was a “LogWhat” customer for 2 years. On Feb 10th you’ve stopped that service, I assume. On Feb 12th I’ve paid for my monthly plan and on Feb 13th I’ve received a generated message saying “LogWhat” customers should download your other app “WhatLog” now and the problem was solved from your side. The timing is pretty convenient. Ehm NOT! So I get this other “WhatLog” app of yours to find out the same service should cost me 30+€ now which I have paid 6,99€ before? How is that a problem solved? On top I’ve paid for a whole month of service with my old app which doesn’t work, but isn’t the issue here. It’s the way this has been handled, namely complete indifferent. No, I won’t contact your email address listed here. Because I’ve contacted your “LogWhat”customer care 3 times in the past 10 days and I’m done. And sure as hell won’t pay 30+€/mo for this so save your breath. Thanks.
