Very slow customer support, app has lot’s of bugs, overpriced product, asking for too many details when you try to open an account. Can not recommend them.
bad service, I've never experienced anything like that! I've been waiting for a reply for a month now. I've contacted support multiple times! the bank is not recommended, just be careful! made a transaction and my money has been blocked for a month now! don't open an account here
This company stole 30003 EUR and 3516
GBP from our UK registered entity.
Support swears they will return the money to us, but as a result we've seen how they make outgoing payments from our accounts to many different accounts without our permission.
Looks like a classic money laundering scheme.
