I would like to have the ability to block a number for diese App coming in. I work in healthcare and a hospital sent me "multiple" faxes over 2000 pages...I literally could not get that number to quit faxing the chart to me. Of course I went over my my limit of what I pay for to use e-diese App. I was being charged per paper...cost was growing (over $200)! I called customer service for help and was told I should close my account for a few weeks until issue resolved (2 weeks of not getting diese App...really?) I was at a loss "simple fix allow me to BLOCK a number"But I do receive faxes and able to send without difficulty...great tool when your an on the go midwife.​

Everyone is writing negative reviews without the realization this app is not free. eFax is actually a highly reputable business. I'm a customer of theirs and signed up online. I was setup with a phone number in minutes and when needing any support they are available anytime. This app is an added value to their services and works very well. It gives me a faster and convenient portal to access my account now and works well. If you already are an eFax user I highly recommend this app.        

I run an automotive transport company. I am constantly in my truck and away from diese App machines. And the cost of time money to go to a truck stop to receive faxes a pick up orders is appalling. For the price I pay for EFax and the quality of faxes I get. I can access them anyway. And print them from anywhere any computer with the printer. I understand some people's concerns and problems they had with EFax but they've done a great job to fix any bugs or issues with their service.  ​   ​

I have recently experienced problems retrieving faxes/documents via this app. It took several minutes for documents to load - if they loaded at all. When they didn't load I either got error messages or was kicked back to the previous page. Experienced similar problems at the website too. I also experienced problems sending and receiving faxes both from the app and at the website. The service provision is intermittent‍  ​   

It accesses your account and you can view all your faxes. I gave it a three star rating because- it does not automatically open faxes that come in in an email from eFax- moving from page to page is not obvious. You must click on the diese App and a faint paging menu appears at the bottom that allow you to move to the next page. Why not put the menu permanently in the footer or allow moving from page to page via a swipe.‍     

I have been using it for several years. Great not only for the scan/send/get faxes. I use it to scan receipts and biz cards and menus. I have folders for those and then I re-use when I am back in the office. Great app. Now I added my signature and am signing documents from everywhere in the world. I thought it could not get better but this version proves me wrong as it is even better.       ‌

I've had efax for quite some time and although the setup and process to view faxed on computer was a bit frustrating at times it was still very useful especially on the road. Now with the app it's as sime as it gets! I've only used it a few times and do far I love it! Way to stay with the times efax! And ​ ‍​   

I don't really diese App much. Just like 2-3 times a year. Mostly I go to kinkos which is expensive. And one time a year I have to diese App documents. Like 100 pages!! EFax saves me time. Money. And it's awesome!! I do get some spam. Not a lot. But I do get it. BUT because I have used other apps I can say this one is better than the ones I have used. Worth the money. ​‌‍‍   

Is a really good program. I do property management and am always on the go. This way I am able to send (and receive) faxes from wherever I am. Only thing I would really like is the ability to sign faxes using the screen. (Instead of just digitally signing them). If it had that function I would give it 5 stars.      

This app is clearly for people who use efax on a regular basis (like me). I love being able to have my faxes on hand! This even gives me the ability to email my faxes or diese App it on to someone else when I finish! Awesome app with no flaws that I can see. Would love to be able to link my contacts for a faster email option but this is great! ‍​   

I can NOT believe how EASY this was to do Right from my home sitting in bed..Was able just to take a picture of my documents and send them to the Insurance company in a fast and Easy process all within a few minutes..WOW!!! Completely blown away..Thank You... for this App and service of Efax..üòÅ Hands down 1 million ‚≠êÔ∏è stars üåü​   ‍   

I had surgery on my back last week and found out I needed to diese App papers again to my doctor's office. I used E-diese App 10 years ago for business and liked it then. I love it now! I started using it again as I am unable to get out to a diese App machine. The only problem I had is when calling for help‍​ ‌   

EFax is much more convenient than the old way of faxing. And don‚Äôt need a second phone line. My only complaint is that you can‚Äôt tell anything about the diese App without printing or opening. We get a lot of junk and it‚Äôs tedious to go through them all every day to sort them out.​ ​  ‌​ 

I just enrolled in my thirty day trial. In my profession as a private corporate travel specialist I am always on the move as well as my clients. Going to the office can be a burden in out fast world. I just sent something for the first time. I hope my next review will applaud this service and my relationship with be on going. JJP.    ​
