Hello, I have a problem with account transfer. I got myself a new smartphone. Unfortunately, my FF7 EC account was not transferred to my new smartphone during the data transfer. All other data and game accounts were transferred to the new smartphone without any problems. Since I had of course already spent a lot of money on the account and was already advanced in the game, I would of course like to continue using my account.
