Go to DICE to activate ticket in diese App… the Got It button won’t check & the activate button is greyed out!!! Thanks for the stress!!!

I just want my ticket, why make it so difficult. Just send it via mail, no need to download x apps and to upload passport…
To activate tickets, Dice app asks to enter your phone number in AccessTickets. But AccessTickets asks either to enter your tickets ID (which aren’t displayed in Dice) or login with your email (it doesn’t work). In these circles of hell it is impossible to activate your tickets, why make everything so difficult?
Says it supports Wallet but I can't find the function to transfer it to the wallet app.
Also I hate it that I have to upload a picture of my passport to someone I don't know and don't trust with my data. What was wrong with the wristband?
