My Arattai app is registering since morning, btw what kind of name is that, so hard to pronounce. don’t tell me if its Tamil or Telgu specific app

Hello Arattai Team,

I’m currently a student living in Germany, and I’ve been using Arattai with great enthusiasm because I’m genuinely proud that our country is developing such an amazing homegrown communication platform. It’s truly inspiring to see Indian companies like Vembu taking the initiative to create alternatives that can compete globally.

However, I wanted to share some important feedback. The app crashes in IPhone whenever I try to open and view messages, which makes it difficult to use consistently. I have personally recommended Arattai to many of my friends and groups within my circle they were initially very excited to try it out, but unfortunately, several of them have also faced similar issues and are getting frustrated.

I believe Arattai has tremendous potential to become one of India’s proudest digital innovations, but for that to happen, stability and quality are key. People need a smooth and reliable user experience to stay convinced and continue using the app.

Please consider this feedback seriously and share it with the Vembu development team, as I truly want to see Arattai succeed and reach the standards of global apps while maintaining our own Indian identity.

There is a bug, it can’t sync contact of person who recently registered on this app. I can see only the person in contact list who joined it before me.

I am using iphone11

There is no easy way to directly send message to a person i my contact list.

I’m in the EU and the sms to register does not come quickly and sometimes not at all. Specifically Germany

Just downloaded and not having end-to-end encryption for messages is a big deal. Hope it will be implemented soon

Very easy to use and made in india and works better than whatsapp ,i am using it in Germany and trying lease another messenger apps

It’s a great app. I would like to see a name like ‘Sandesh’ etc which all Indians can understand and relate to.

Excellent, honestly better than WhatsApp. And will have more security and privacy for Bharathiya.

Amazon Prime Video has this feature called watch party, where you create a lobby and watch a movie with another person in real time.

Implement something similar where 2 or more people can watch movies or listen to music together without being physically present at the same location.
Make sure to provide playback controls to every person in the lobby.
This feature can become very popular among long distance couples.
You can create a subscription based model for this feature, try not to be too greedy like Netflix and others.

And please for the love of God spend some money on marketing. Avoid advertising this product as a hyper nationalist movement rather focus on marketing the above feature as segment first. Keep your advertisement minimal but catchy.

Also since presentation is important, so if possible please update your logo. It kinda looks like pixelating and boring. Take suggestions from linkedin or swiggy logo..
