App does not work properly. There is no customer service and the plans are not delivered.
If you want to use this app is very likely that you are traveling. Save yourself the trouble.

They will sell you a data plan from Movistar which will not work 95% of the time as the have almost no coverage in Mexico. Waste of money

App broken, payment always fails with Apple Pay. Customer Service not helpful at all.

APN settings seem wrong / not working

You can get much cheaper rates if you go to a local Sim card dealer but it is super comfortable, fast & easy. 5 stars if price would be much closer to local deals.

They made me pay for an eSim I never received because they were out of stock. They didn‘t refund my money yet.

Can‘ login with my existing accoont - Sign In link does not work

I used it first time for a trip over Asia. Worked perfect, good connection at Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia ( different islands). Help Center answered quickly , clear and helpful. App is easy to understand. For me all over 5 stars!

Ich habe mehrere esims auf meiner Reise für verschiedene Länder genutzt und alles hat immer sehr gut geklappt. Oftmals hatte ich sogar 5G obwohl in der Beschreibung nur 4G angegeben war.
Sehr guter und schneller Kundensupport.
Besonders gut ist die eSIM für China, da hier uneingeschränkt auf alle normalerweise geblockten Services wie WhatsApp, Google etc zugegriffen werden kann ohne einen VPN nutzen zu müssen.

Ich habe den NOMAD APAC Plan in Indien aktiviert und alles hat super funktioniert. Ich hatte nur die E-Sim von NOMAD im Handy, meine deutsche Sim- Karte habe ich rausgenommen. In allen asiatischen Länder ( bisher Indien, Sri Lanka, Indonesien ) hat die Verbindung Biber wunderbar funktioniert, immer 4g oder 5g . Nächstes Mal gerne wieder NOMAD !

Penetranter Newsletter lässt sich nicht abschalten, nur mit einem Sonderweg. Nomad an sich macht einen guten Job

Bin gerade geschäftlich in China unterwegs. Alles prima, einfacher Kauf und einfache Installation, einwandfrei. Wenn das alles hier in China so läuft, dann wird es überall anders höchstwahrscheinlich auch reibungslos verlaufen.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few countries missing. I downloaded this app so I could get an esim for Cape Verde, but that’s not an option. Only 14 African countries (of 54!) seems a bit messed up to me

Wir haben in zwei Monaten mit mehreren Anmeldegeräten über 300 $ an Nomad gezahlt und mussten ständig immer wieder einen neuen Plan für ein ganz normales iPhone nachladen und die Addons funktionieren nicht! Leider werden keine ein bis dreitägigen no Limit Daten Verträge angeboten, deshalb ist Nomad nicht zu empfehlen auch nicht der Kundenservice. Denn dieser verbraucht wie NomadeSIM über 600 MB Daten, damit man wieder einen neuen 50 GB Plan kaufen muss.

Used a 15GB plan for Australian (only major cities) and it worked really well.
I love that you can see immediately in the app how much data you’ve been using and how much is still left.
Had to contact the support right at the beginning because of a mistake and they helped me out in no time. I’ll definitely be using it again and recommending it to friends.

Hat gut funktioniert, sendet aber viel zu viele benachrichtigungen und marketing mails, die man nur über NomadeSIM abbestellen kann.
Es ist eine esim-app, kein social media!

Bought a eSIM package for Thailand. Unfortunately once I arrived in the country the SIM card didn’t work at all. Not only that, I got a message saying that the data package was already used up. How can this be? Then sadly Nomad customer service says to me the eSIM was a promotion and no refund can be issued under any circumstances. How misleading and what an awful business practices!!!

Alles funktioniert wie bei der Beschreibung NomadeSIM. Für Thailand gerne wieder.

Es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste sehr viel mit dem Support schreiben und habe mein Geld zurückbekommen. Einen nächsten Versuch wird es nicht geben.

I have purchased an eSim that simply doesn’t activate. I contracted the help center four times and always get the same instruction. I asked for a refund that this remained unanswered. For me, it’s a scam - so please watch out and stay with other providers.
