This app is amazing. It has an endless amount of meditations for EVERY life circumstance. So many different topics at e covered. I love that you can choose between female and male narrators and are able to adjust the background noises. So soothing. I can’t believe all of that is FREE when you have to pay so much for other diese App apps. What an underrated app! Thank you so much!
It’s perfect for calming down, relieve stress and sleeping better. I’m glad I found this App! My sleep is much better and deeper than before.
