I tried to upload my Thailand pass but every time I tried to do it I got a notification with „system error“ or that my Thailand pass is invalidate?!
Does not work.

Thai pass can not be imported. Not manually. Not via QR.
Same problem than other people already commented.

Teribble app, you cannot upload results on your own , I had to contact first hotel where I was in quarantine for 1 night at.

No matter what you do you can’t seem to put the correct Thailand-Pass Information in.
That makes the whole thing pretty much useless.

Bekomme auch eine fehlerhafte Meldung, obwohl alles richtig eingegeben ist 👎👎👎

Only thing this app delivers is rapid battery drain!

Not only QR codes, but also the IDs are „incorrect“ for diese App app. So you cannot use this for tourists mandatory App at all.- Scan QR codes with other QR apps and check URL via browser is OK.- „App support“ website is in Thai only. So bug cannot be reported.

This diese App App ist not working. There are many mistakes in the algorithms. I can not become any information from that about my COVID Test… Horrible! But by the QR-Scanner from Google I become at once the correct Covid Test result: „Valid!“ More horrible is the E-Visa-System! One friend needed one week every day some hours to make clear, then he give Abend

Lächerlich schlecht. Ein hochladen des Tests nach 5 Tagen ist nicht möglich

Beim bestätigen des Profiles kommt die Fehlermeldung invalid Thailand pass Information.

Gleiches Problem: invalid error beim Import aus Thailand Pass

Muss mich meinem Vorgänger anschließen. Ich bekomme die selbe Meldung, das etwas nicht mit meinem Thailand pass stimmt.

Every day you get notifications to upload your 7 day PCR Test due to regulations. Meanwhile you only have tu do one PCR at day 1 and an ATK on day 5.

I want to support the efforts to contain Covid. Before I press „ACCEPT“ I want to download the T&C‘s for my private folder like every contract. I could not find a way, therefore I did not accept.

Ich habe gelesen, dass MorChana bei vielen nicht funktionieren soll. Das Problem liegt daran, dass MorChana erst bei Ankunft in Thailand funktioniert. MorChana erkennt euren Standort. Das hat nichts mit einer Sim Karte zutun. Selbst wenn erstmal keine Sim Karte eingelegt wird ihr aber Thailand angekommen seid, funktioniert MorChana. Das Testergebnis für den Tag 5 ATK (Antigen Test) könnt ihr ebenso nicht in MorChana direkt hochladen. Ihr bekommt einen Link per SMS, über diesen wird das Testergebnis dann hochgeladen. Falls man den Link nicht bekommen sollte, macht ein Foto von dem Testergebnis mit dem Reisepass daneben. Bewahrt das Foto auf, falls jemand das Kontrollieren möchte. Sendet das Testergebnis an euer Hotel wo ihr für die Quarantäne wart. Die Hotels können das Ergebnis ebenso hochladen. 🙂 Ich hoffe ich konnte euch etwas helfen. ☺️

I have read about this app that it does not work. So I do not tried to install it in Germany with my German SIM card. I installed it in Thailand on my Smartphone with a Thai SIM from the airport. It asked for a picture to verify me, worked. It asked to scan my Thaipass, worked. It asked to grant several permissions, worked. No problems.

ich habe von vielen Problemen gelesen, daher habe ich MorChana nicht in Deutschland mit meiner o2 SIM installiert sondern mit in Thailand eine Touristen-SIM gekauft. Installation lief problemlos, MorChana wollte ein Foto von mir, sie hat den Thai Pass erkannt und auch alle permissions konnte ich freigeben. Alles ohne Auffälligkeiten.

Why? What is happened?

QR Codes and ThailandPass ID are invalid. U can‘t put it in the app.

Arriving the Hotel, the tell me to scan the QR Code from my Thailand Pass for examption from quarantine with the app.. not working?!
