Great service, app needs work

Used the service to "park" and hold on to my US nr. while abroad. The service does exactly what they say it does, and the price is reasonable. Only complaint is that, especially since I mostly use it for SMS, neither the iOS app or website handle SMS messaging neatly. It's clunky because it's not organized like, you know, a messaging app. Also seems like the app is aimed at users with many phone numbers on their service, but the UI doesn't "simplify" when you only have one

Best place to park your number while abroad. The app is easy to use. No bugs. I just wish I could manage my accounts from the app and do porting requests. Great for SMS and calls though !
