As a leadership coach and HR professional this app is close to the top of my “most recommended” for managers and leaders (or anyone) trying to up their level of performance as a leader. It’s easy to navigate, quick to access information that’s helpful and useful on-the-job. Growth doesn’t have to be learned the hard way when you have this coach in your pocket! I would suggest however to include further reading and a way to re-assess what “type” of leader the app says you are. Humans aren’t static and depending on the kind of growth you need to do it could change. Keep up the relevant and practical tips!!

diese App is my go to for job related insights and new approaches I might not have taken into consideration before but that help me to grow as a leader. Wish they had more flexible pricing options and some more interactive resources but it‘s probably in their backlog as I type this!

The tips are great. I read one a day and they are very helpful. Unfortunately, the gamification gone wrong.

At the end of every tip, there is a small quiz. Which is nice, but not if all answers are right. If you provide a quiz, please provide one where there are wrong answers and maybe some more real-life scenarios.

The app has some decent Leadership and management advice. Highl condensed, though. Would be nice to get some links for „further reading“ to deep dive

Perfect for young leaders who feel like they have been thrown in the cold water with their leadership role and are missing skills for daily interaction with their team! It literally just takes a couple minutes, I read through my daily tip in the morning the moment before I start my computer. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s the little things in every daily tip you get that remind you in daily interactions with your team how to act and react better. Can only recommend it!

I have started using the app a while ago and it really helps me navigating through people issues. The app supports me with clean and clear advices on how to improve on a daily basis. The beauty lies in the crisp and well visualized bits one can consume whenever there’s some idle / procrastination time but I have also used it to solve specific problems already. Thanks for building that lovely piece of software!

I have downloaded the app a couple of weeks ago and still use it almost daily. Even if I break the routine by travelling or time off, I keep coming back to it because the content is just very valuable in my day to day work to bring a little spark into my day.

As a manager you may struggle finding enough time to read or listen to long podcasts. This app gives you short but effect daily hints and guides which helps you be a better manager. I like how practical are the guides.

With the new quizzes it is twice as fun to work through new tips and insights in about 2 minutes a day. Excellent app for those who want to improve their leadership skills and unleash their potential in people management.

I use the app now for over 2 months and I love how easy it is to gain new advise and super practical tips for a lot of topics I encounter on daily basis. A very nice touch is also the inspirational quotes! Really like it and use it daily.
