Jellyfin Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Ich habe mir Jellyfin für den Fernseher heruntergeladen, um darauf Filme schauen zu können. Anfangs funktionierte das Programm auch einwandfrei, doch nach einigen Tagen konnte ich mich nicht mehr darauf einloggen und auch jegliche Versuche des Neustarts zeigten keinerlei Wirkung. Auch beim Versuch auf anderen Geräten außer meines PCs konnte man nichts tun, und die Serveradresse wurde auch nicht angenommen. Auch wenn ich anfangs von dem Programm sehr begeistert war, finde ich jetzt kaum gute Worte dafür.

But this app is just displaying the web client.

It is definitely not bad, but I miss the feature to skip music in the background or at the lockscreen. An additional Feature would be an download Feature. We need these features to stream music with diese App on our iPhone.

Nice app, but I miss audiobook support to play audiobooks and keep track of the progress of each book.

Die ist wirklich gut und läuft sehr stabil und flüssig. Hoffentlich wird die Apple TV App auch so gut! Weiter so!

I like the diese App project a lot and the basics work fine with the latest release 1.5.0 (I believe it is) I hope now someone will find the time to tweak this app a little bit.

Especially for audiobooks.

However I would really like to have a feature for downloading movies to watch them offline.

The app is great kuddos to everyone developing this. There is one feature that I and probably many others would love to see in future versions: Offline download in the desired resolution, for those plane rides we will be embarking once this *naughty word* corona virus pandemic is over.

... I can‘t use it in background or lockscreen. What am I missing?

I really like the project and would love to use it all the time instead of other services. But there are some features That are not included in the app like downloading to watch offline. Furthermore there are some bugs for example if the app is closed and opened again the display orientation changes to vertical (not a huge deal but annoying).

If the app had an download function I would rate it 5 Stats but since its missing this feature only 4 Stars.
