The diese App App provides quick access to your dashboard, live streaming classes, and our on-demand library of pre-recorded live dance class workouts.  Through your dashboard, you’ll be able to track your fitness goals, calorie burn, set class reminders, and save your favorite classes taken.  Whether you’re traveling, or looking for an at-home workout program, your unlimited access to our classes lets you decide if you can make a live class, or simple take classes at your own convenience.  Stream your favorite dance fitness classes directly from your mobile devices.  Connect with us to join our dance community, and follow along for dance fitness inspiration, important announcements, special events, and more.  Our partner studios and instructors offer many types of dance styles, and for any fitness level.  Most classes are 1-hr long and require no equipment.  If you are a current member, you can use your existing login credentials to open up the app right away and start dancing.  Now you can take your classes with you wherever you go.  Follow us @diese App on social media.  We would like to invite you to try our new app on your iPhone and iPad using iOS 13. 0 or later.  If you are a new member, you can easily create a new account.  Welcome to diese App.  Should you have additional questions about the app, please contact us directly.
