what‘s the whitewashing for?

i enjoyed the app at first but why does it only work on white people? or more like why are all my non-white friends portrayed as white as well? we live in the 21. century, shouldn‘t there at least be AIs that are programmed to portray more than one skin colour? highly disappointed to say the least

The AI seems to be racist. My African American friends are all becoming white. I find this problematic because the message is that black is wrong and only white is "normal" and desirable.

The results look like actual paintings and not like those cheap painting filters other Apps have which allegedly use AI.
The only thing that could be improved: as a male person with very blonde hair, my hair gets often recognized as grey hair and depicted as such in the result. But it does not happen all the time, so it‘s not a big deal.
