Es gibt zwar schöne Fotos aber beim Versuch eine Buchung durchzuführen öffnet sich nichts. Gleiches bei direkter Buchung auf der Webseite. Vlt. gibt es die Firma nicht mehr…? Schade

Kein Log in

Table reservations in restaurants do not work at all, but always end up in „error number 6“. Kids club reservations in 50% of all cases end up in „unexpected error“. Anyway you have to fill in the same information (name of parents & child, phone number, arrival & departure date…) every time for each kid and each day, although the hotel app itself is aware of all that information even the first time (and if not for data protection reasons may pass it through to the reservation system, it should at least store it for the next day). Download of obvious PDF-documents such as menus or the information booklet is not possible, it must be viewed online in the integrated browser.

Haven’t been able to start the app for some days. Shows the start screen for one or two seconds and then nothing but a white screen…

I have the IKOS App for 2 years now and until now did not have any problems with log-in and the information about our holiday.
We are booked for IKOS ARIA this year but IKOS APP shows „no bookings“
Furthermore, I am always logged out when having looked around within the app.
Maybe you might have a look at actual functionality of your app.
