App does not start, only the „retry“ button us displayed. My iOS is up to date.
I have already an subscription but it is not possible to login using my HBR.org account.
Can’t figure out how to change the font size in the app (is it even possible?) and as a few others pointed out: you can’t reuse your existing hbr.org account + I can’t find certain articles from hbr.org through the search in the app. Quite disappointing.
You cannot sync your content through the account you already have at hbr.org, but you need a new one for the app. You don’t log into the app using your hbr.org account’s password, but using your zip code instead of your (the user name is the same as on hbr.org). Having logged in, you can activate your already active subscription for another 10.99€ per month. I really don’t get the reason behind this mess.
