i have exactly correctly the same problem like the other Rezension! And then im asking me warum kann man Germany auswählen aber dann geht das mit der PLZ nicht... und da steht die * Felder sind Pflicht, , wenn ich den Rest nicht ausfülle gehts aber nicht :/

Not usable for foreigners and registration is needed. Better use the tracking via the homepage.

Unfortunately, I cannot register because the German postal code is not accepted.

It is not possible to register a new account with a nine-UK address due to the in ability to enter a differently formatted postal code, e.g., in Germany the postal code ist simply 5 digits.

RoyalMail ist unbrauchbar, Sendungsverfolgung nicht möglich, Registrierung auch nicht. Ohne Pflichfelder (Flate name, Property name, Property number...gibt es bei mir alles nicht).
Germany auswählbar, PLZ wird nicht erkannt. Absoluter Müll. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.

As other reviews already mention, one has to register for an account before even basic functionality can be accessed (like tracking mail).

One needs to provide an address to register for an account. While there is a “country” drop down, only UK post codes are accepted...

Cannot use it without an account (which I don’t have) and does not accept German postal codes - so what am I supposed to do? Make up a random UK address? What a joke.

Deutschland als Land auswählbar, Postleitzahl funktioniert nicht und somit ist RoyalMail unbrauchbar.

App does not recognize country other than Uk and will not create account because the postcode ‚does not look right‘!!!

This app will not work without creating an account and providing personal informations.
Also the form to register does not work for people outside uk, because they only accept postal codes in uk format.

You have to register an account to use this app.
Absolutely stupid

i was expecting a package from UK so i tried this app. you have to create an account and with my German address this is not possible because only English addresses are accepted. the Royal Mail website also works very poorly.

To track your delivery, you have to register and sign up an account. If you track your delivery on the website, you dont have to register.
For people outside the UK you can not register because only addresses within UK are accepted….

Why do I need to register to track an item when I don’t need to on the website? The app supports registering with a foreign address, but won’t accept a non British postcode lol. Did anyone test this app before releasing it? Having registered with a fudged address, the tracking does seem to work.

I wanted to register myself to use this app. Although I entered the address manually and chose Germany as my country of residence I can not register as the app does not accept German post codes, which are made up of 5 numbers. Nice try, but not good enough! Try recognising that post codes are always in UK format, please…
