ShopifyInbox ist unzuverlässig und ist dringend abzuraten!! Ich habe diese auf mein IPad und IPhone und sobald ich Nachrichten von Kunden empfange, kann ich nicht nicht in ShopifyInbox einloggen. „Error failed to login in, try ist later“. Habe ShopifyInbox 20x deinstalliert, wieder installiert, Handy und iPad neugestartet, Passwort zurückgesetzt nichts funktioniert. Seit 1 Wochen und Support antwortet nicht. Meine Kunden lasse ich damit ungewohnt im Stich und kann sie weder kontaktieren, weil alles anonym bei ShopifyInbox ist. Frechheit!

Ou customers love the easy contact via Ping. But we would REALLY need notifications for new chats in multiple stores. We have 3 Shopify Stores but you only get notifications for the store you logged in - one at a time.
Very frustrating to carry around 3 Phones... not very 2021 Multitasking :-/

The App is great, just crashes quite often (loading icon without anything happening anymore), so you have to restart it.
For the future it would be fantastic if we can manage Instagram conversations and sales as well!
