I like this app. The voices and topics are great but only 4-6 min meditations feel
like mindfulness fast food. pleassssse integrate some proper 10-30 min meditations. it’s all about quality not quantity and i feel the „coaches“ rush through the 5min sessions.
Just that little boost that I need. I’m not an unhappy person, but it’s helping me stay away from bad mental habits in a wonderful and fun way
