We’ve had the camera for a couple of months and never had any issues. HOWEVER diese App now suddenly moved the filming option behind a paywall. Before , the camera recorded a 5 second video every time it detected a motion - now it takes a single picture. In order to get the pro version you need to pay a monthly fee.
I’m absolutely disgusted. We bought the camera under the premise that it would FILM every time it detected a motion. diese App advertised that the filming of short videos would be free. We will be looking into returning our cameras and I advise you to do the same.
The latest changes made my diese App Cam v1 completely obsolete.
No event recordings, no notifications even though I have a completely empty micro SD card inserted.
Yes, diese App, my iPhone and diese App Cam App settings are correct. I use this Cam since 2017. Support recommending me an article for a service I can not use with my v1 Cam.
At this point, I have to throw away my Cam. I absolutely not buying diese App products anymore. Sooner or later, they change something in their system to get you spend more and more money on them.
It is time to move on.

At first it was 12 seconds of free filming. Now I throw them in the trash because you can only see the filming with a monthly subscription.
