Booked a car through this app, a week later I go to pick it up and The rental car company would let me have the car! Apparently all of my data from diese App was false, except for my name, and they wouldn’t release the payment, which I had already paid! End of the day, I had no car, even though I had paid for it! Customer support was about as useful as tits on a bull. The even wanted me to do their job for them, expecting me to prove, that I was there and provide a written statement for the reason I could not receive the car. End of story, you get a cheap price, but nothing for it! I wouldn’t have even given them one star!

Warum werde ich zur Mitgliedschaft gedrängelt, wenn die Mietpreise viel zu hoch sind. Wenn ein angemessenes Angebot vorliegt, werde ich mich schon entschließen. Dann muss das Angebot aber auch gut sein.

I arrived at my destination and was charged US$550 on top by Avis.

I rented a car one-way and was a little skeptical about the price. It was much cheaper than anywhere else out there. I called about 3 times to verify that it was true and eventually picked up my rental. I returned it to my destination and the car was great I had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely continue renting through this company.

I love price drop protector which rebooks when prices go below what you paid...only one thing..one more option should be there in criteria for choosing cars...free mileage..that way we can choose car also depending on free distance available!
