Several times I wanted to watch tv with the app there is obviously not connection. Same with pzaz by the way. It is more and more frustrating… I’m paying for your serce, folks! Repeatly no service is not an option…

Has trouble with chrome cast. Only useful on a mobile device

The biggest benefit of this app was the catch up facility, without planning in advance what you might want to watch. Now that is gone, I shall be cancelling my account.

I cancelled over a year ago and I’ve got the confirmation to prove it. These people just billed me for a year’s subscription all at once, for an app I just don’t use. Absolute joke.

Just google diese App and “can’t open”, or “why is it down” or “why can't I log on” or “why won't it start” etc. They know about all the problems, but don't care. If you write a bad review they mail you in surprise to see if they can sort it out. But the problems are at their end. Which they know perfectly well. Awful. Thank goodness for their competitors. I don't pay to look at a black screen, nor to be told, when it does work, that I have to sign in when I have already signed in, or that I have to set up an account when I already have one, you idiots, or you wouldn't be taking my money, would you.

Worked great for the first few months but then started to freeze and become totally unresponsive every single time I used it. Finally had to give up with this app which is a shame.

I can’t connect for three days now!!! What’s going on ?

I‘ve been paying for my app subscription for years now, because ist is an easy way to watch UK TV. But ist is becoming increasingly frustrating, as there are always bugs and problems. I wasn‘t going to renew my subscription and More, but sadly I was in hospital and was very ill, so didn‘t get around to cancelling in time.
If the service does not seriously improve, Theo I definately will be cancelling.

App keeps on logging me out, can‘t sign in, it tells me that I should stop watching on other devices… it’s not worth the money anymore. Way to buggy. If I can‘t watch I‘m a celebrity tonight I will be very unhappy.. You‘ve got a way to go, to improve your service

I have to sign in daily despite ticking „remember me“. Keeps forgetting my login data. Otherwise ok

The available time to watch live tv (in my case bbc one) used to be one hour and now it’s 5 minutes? Please make it longer again or tell me how to make it longer myself

I use the app in Germany to record and catch up on favourite shows from UK. Love having the option to view at my convenience and not when showing as scheduled. There has been the occasional glitch but any problems have generally been sorted pretty quickly.

Brit living in Germany. When I discovered MuchoTV it was my soul savior, especially during the pandemic. UK TV is quality.

Easy way how to excess TV from UK&Ireland.
Catch up 7 days. I am sign up already for 1 year, can only recommend.

I am very happy I came across this App. I live in Germany and use it particularly to watch British channels. For me the App works perfectly and without any problems. This also applies to its TV Guide and its recording function “Later”. Thank you so much for such a great service for a decent monthly price. :-)))

Edit: App still works pefectly, but even when there are minor problems the support team reacts very fast and efficiently. Worth every single penny.

This app does what it‘s supposed to do. Didn‘t have any problems so far (been using it for ca. a year). Highly recommended.

Finally an app where I can eatch UK TV here in Germany for a reasonable price. I use a Chromecast for casting it on my TV. Monthly payments are made via iTunes with monthly cancel option (reminder email from Apple). Much better then FilmOn were you have to provide your credit card data and you don‘t know if they are safe.

Two suggestions for an app update:
1. it would be great if I could order the channels by myself.
2. the casting stops if you go to the TV guide or somewhere else in the app. Look at the Netflix app for example: you can use the entire app without Interruption of broadcasting.

Otherwise exactly what I was looking for years.

I use the app to catch up with UK tv channels in Germany. It’s great and although the UI sometimes can behave unexpectedly, on a whole it’s a great app. The option to record and have this content available for a week is excellent and you can easily check the in-App TV guide to select what you want to record. Would highly recommend for those living/working abroad.
