Beim registrier gebe ich den Code binnen der Zeit und erspart immer wieder geben sie den korrekten Code ei, jetzt schon 5 mal probiert immer das gleich

Seid 1 Woche erst in Gebrauch, die ersten drei Tage klappte eigentlich alles, außer das die App die Uhr nicht finden konnte:( musste mehrere Male probieren!!! Seid vier Tagen funktionieren die Messungen nicht ??? Weder Einzelmessungen noch stündlich eingestellte. Es kommt immer Messung fehlgeschlagen.

Hallo. Mail, code und passwort eingegeben aber nix passiert, unten stehen nur asiatische Schriftzüge. Wie komme ich weiter, um meinen tracker zu benutzen?

Kann die App nicht öffnen..Smartphone aus und wieder angemacht. Funktioniert trotzdem nicht. APP deinstalliert, App neu heruntergeladen. Öffnet auch nicht. Benutze App seit einem Jahr problemlos. Was kann ich machen? Gruß Regina Willhöft
