Be active and make it count! The Your Fitness app is a companion app and is required to successfully activate your North Activity Tracker.
When it’s time to move, the North Activity Tracker will vibrate to remind you to get moving.
· Receive incoming call or text message alerts on your North Activity Tracker.
Note: You must wear the Activity Tracker to bed to track your sleep.
Use the Your Fitness app to track your distance; daily, weekly and monthly steps; and estimated calories burned.
· Track sleep patterns by monitoring the time you spend in a light or deep sleep.
· Set alarms and reminders throughout the day to stay active.
Review how often you wake up each night.
