Things to improve: Sign-In is mandatory before I even know what the app provides. The onboarding popups are most annoying and should closable. Might be a good app, but the initial experience is too bad.

So I got this app a few days a go and it is so FUN!!!! I have designed my dream house with ease and I like lots of the things you can find out the real price and where you can get it from so if you are looking for something new this is the app for you!

We tried the weekly plan, realized that it isn't what we were looking for and tried to cancel it. Due to a bug it kept jumping between the "account" and the "my plan" tab which made cancelling impossible. We wrote 2 emails and got no reply, tried calling them and got sent to voicemail, which isn't even set up yet. And the "help center" on their website is just a blank page. Seems really shady to me. We ended up having to block the card with which we paid. And by the way the service itself seems rather useless to someone who is actually trying to plan an appartment. You can insert models of furniture onto fotos, but whitout a way of precisely adjusting the measurements it's just a design video game with no real implications. Stay away from this site.
