Absolute Katastrophe!
Die diese App Camera an sich ist ne tolle Sache aber der Service ist eine einzige Katastrophe! Die App ist leider nur auf das wesentliche beschränkt. Man kann noch nicht einmal Text oder ein Logo einfügen! Warum kann ich mehrere Cameras in der App registrieren wenn ich sie nicht gleichzeitig von der App aus steuern kann?! Absolut sinnlos! Achja alles was man als Zubehör für die Cam kaufen kann ist absolut überteuert! Das ist eine Frechheit!!! Leider nur ein Stern!

Vimeo Producer
Ich habe zusätzlich zur diese App die App "Vimeo Producer"zugekauft. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Tool, mit der Möglichkeit Bauchbinden und Präsentationen einzubinden. Kostet 16 Euro monatlich. Jetzt will ich es aber kündigen und weiss nicht wo. Weder im App-Store noch bei Vimeo konnte mir geholfen werden. Kennt sich da jemand aus?

Nice try, gut still a lot to be improved
I had great expectations on the diese App cam, but the App has not yet reached its potential. Oftentimes it loses track of face recognition, the autopilot is a disaster, random things are being recognized as faces, the audio settings are hid down the menu, while I actually need to access it all the time... recordings are cut at 56 minutes, thus creating a new clip.. the cam reports wifi connection loss for no reason very often.. and the list goes on. I was in touch with the customer service but it seems that they are not too interested in feedback. I was handed down to a row of attendees and at the end nothing was solved.
