The application sometime freezes when paying week-passes. Then you get debited, but in the application the parking remains in state “en attente”. If you enter the parking then, they will debit you with normal tariffs (several hundred Euros for one week) - on top of what you already had paid. The service will not help you: e-mails to the given support remain unanswered, calls to the service line, even with French speaking colleagues as help, result in finding the fault on your side. Disastrous and the opposite of customer focus. You will never get refund. Big financial risk!

Save your QR-Code as picture, because in a deep garage without network connection the app doesn‘t work. Not even the booked ticket can be displayed.

Booked the wrong amount from my account. I had to pay 2.80€ but was charged with 16€?!?!
First and last time I’ve used this app. Wish I could give 0 stars.
