No way to contact App Support

Ich habe ein Probeabo, dass ich kündigen möchte, sehe in VHSCam selbst aber keine Möglichkeit, VHSCam-Support-Link funktioniert nicht und auch im Internet finden sich keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten.

I want to cancel my subscription but it isn‘t possible to manage this inside the app and the App-Support-link isn‘t working.

Warum?

Ich öffne VHSCam, bin ganz verzückt vom
Retro-Look, aber das Bild ist völlig verzerrt. Das hat mein alter Camcorder nicht gemacht, heißt, für mich ist es erstmal eine Einstellung oder ein Bug. Also öffne ich die Einstellungen und sehe dort nichts brauchbares. Ich schließe sie und bekomme erst mal direkt ein Abo für 19,99€/Jahr angeboten. 😂😂😂 19,99€ für ne Videokamera-App? Im Jahr? 😂😂😂 No way! Nö! Ich komm aus dem Lachen nicht mehr raus. 😂😂😂 Und dann kommt das Genialste... ich tap auf Abbrechen/Schließen und direkt spielt ein Werbevideo ab. DAS nenne ich mal nen misslungene UX! 😂 Das lässt absolut nicht auf eine gute App hoffen, die auch nur ansatzweise 20€ pro Jahr wert wäre. Ihr habt doch nicht mal Server-Kosten... Warum dieser unsinnige Preis? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Naja, App ist wieder gelöscht. Schade, klang echt witzig. ^^

Eine Frechheit!

Liebe App-Entwickler,
meiner Meinung nach ist es eine Frechheit 3€ für eine App zu verlangen und den User dann auf ein 24€ Abo zu nötigen! Geht gar nicht ..

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit der Kündigung und hier gibt es eine Möglichkeit, wie man das Abo kündigen kann. Ich habe das jetzt aus diese Weise gemacht:

Wie kündige ich ein App Abo?
Auf dem iPhone, iPad oder iPod touch
Gehen Sie zu "Einstellungen" > "[Ihr Name]" > "iTunes & App Store".
Tippen Sie oben am Bildschirm auf Ihre Apple-ID, und tippen Sie dann auf "Apple-ID anzeigen". ...
Scrollen Sie zu "Abos", und tippen Sie darauf.
Tippen Sie auf das Abonnement, das Sie verwalten möchten.

Refund

I‘ve been emailing them for a refund since the app got paid for a year without my confirmation and they never got back to me!
The costumer service is just bad, I never wanted to have this app for a year and now my money is gone and they are not getting back to me with a refund...

Total Rip Off

They purchase 3 € to remove the watermark and then you still need to get an abo for 20€ per year to be able to upload your own vids. Thanks for nothing.
