This indeed holds mighty potential. It’s sure nice how proud the developers are, and they sure poured in a lot of work.
I assume for the person offering this platform to their community it is handy and great. They also easily find tutorials praising and explaining the app.
The result, for a user, though is horrible. The platform is so “mighty” that even tech savvy and experienced people keep getting lost. Orientation is a challenge, more a matter of luck. A sitemap and tutorials, easily found or even offered, ideally, would be awesome. Going to do some deeper search on tutorials for community members and pray for luck there...

I literally LOVE the new update a specially because I always use my tablet when I’m on the app. I have also noticed that it runs much smoother and that chat actually works.
