Since the last update login via google is completely broken, making the app useless.

Worst customer service ever

Awful experience! I would not recommend using TripActions to anybody! I ran into issues as their app doesn't properly display unusual check-in times (in my case, 7pm check-in - my flight hadn't even arrived at that time - which was mentioned in a link in a footnote put in the last step of the booking next to all the other legal stuff - really hard to find if you book on your phone via the app!). Instead of helping me out as I had booked a non-refundable rate, they cancelled the whole booking with the hotel (2 nights) so that I had to pay double for both nights, not only the first one (which I kind of would have understood as it was partly my fault not finding the info on the check in on the app). What was worst is terrible customer service - by now I interacted with 15+ people, everyone new to the case, each of them blaming the other and telling me different things! At one point I was even called on a Sunday afternoon being told via the phone that TripActions would refund my money even though the hotel wouldn't due to the inconveniences this had caused me and I was pretty relieved about it, however the next day no one knew about it any more and now they are not giving me any refund anymore, not even for the second night which they cancelled even though it wasn't necessary at all. So disappointing! Don't use this service! It's the worst. Also, the customer has no chance to take charge himself as they also book via other agencies again and then it's just fingerpointing and blaming the others. Really, really bad.
