Vorsicht!

Es ist bedauerlich, dass die diese App-App nicht deutlich macht, dass es sich lediglich um eine Deklaration für den Zoll handelt, und nicht um ein Visum für die Einreise nach Indonesien. Diese Unklarheit kann zu Verwirrung führen, da Reisende denken, dass sie ein Visum für das Land beantragen, während es eigentlich nur um die Zollerklärung geht. Es wäre ratsam, dass iVisa diese Informationen transparenter darstellt, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden und den Reisenden eine bessere Erfahrung zu bieten. Der Spaß hat mich 64€ gekostet. (Vor Ort in 5 min. erledigt und kostet nichts). Visa musste ich vor Ort nochmal 35€ bezahlen.

Seit 5 Tagen beschäftige ich mich mit dem Kundenservice!!! Ich fordere die Rückerstattung mittlerweile! Mein Anliegen wurde nicht bearbeitet! Ich bin echt entsetzt und enttäuscht! Nie wieder!
