Die Leute, die sich beschweren, passen einfach nicht richtig auf. Instaread kann man sehr wohl im vollen Umfang für eine Woche gratis testen, dazu muss man nur ein Abo aussuchen und bestätigen.
Ja, dass sieht so aus als ob man zahlen würde. Tut man aber nicht! In dem Bestätigungsfenster steht eindeutig, dass man erst in einer Woche zahlt. Davor ist es umsonst und man kann bis zu dem Datum das Abo durch einen Link in Instaread kündigen.
Das ist vielleicht nicht so wie manche Leute es gerne hätten, ist aber so wie die meisten Apps gratis Proben anbieten.
So und nun zur App selbst: Ich finde sie super praktisch. Die größten Bestseller im nonfiction Genre. Die meisten dieser Bücher haben einige Schlüsselinfos, die hier rausdistiliert werden.
Mit der Audiofunktion kann man sich den ganzen content einfach auf dem Weg zur Arbeit anhören.
Und es komme immer neue Bücher dazu.

The app doesn’t automatically transition from one chapter to the next without having to manually press the play button every time. It does not connect to the centralized iOS playback system so I can’t control it with Siri nor headphones nor the Lock Screen.

I really liked this app and would have been ready to get on the annual plan if only they would fix the bug that makes offline listening next to impossible. It has become useless for me therefore. Sad story. I will give blinkist a try :(

The app seems very promising and has good content and easy to follow however it sucks that i only have the option to yearly subscription of 99€.. most people can not pay that amount directly hence students, a monthly subscription option would have been very useful therefore 2 stars only.

Tried to cancel the trial subscription and apparently failed. Contacted the staff about it and they ignored me... Not my kind of business plan.

As soon as you want to read the first summary you know the deal of this app. One again they want money a monthly fee for using the app. Without paying, the app can't be used. If you don't want to spend money you don't even want to download it.
