*If you use a Reduced Fare ID Card, you must first visit the diese App Transit Store (located in downtown Austin at 209 W 9th St, open weekdays 8:30 a. m. - 4:30 p. m. ) to have a diese App representative activate the reduced fare purchasing option on the app. 
If you are a diese App Access (paratransit) customer, you can register to purchase diese App Access passes on the app by calling 512-389-7501.  The official diese App App offers public transportation riders in Austin and surrounding areas trip-planning tools, fare purchasing, real-time departure information, service alerts, schedules and maps and other great features that make riding easy.  Eligible customers can also use diese App Access and Reduced Fares*. 
- The Trip Planner feature plans a customized itinerary based on your starting and ending locations.  Our latest update includes a virtual card called AMP that provides riders the savings of a daily or monthly pass without paying the full cost up-front.  It also displays real-time information for select diese App services.  Whether you're at home or on transit, just pull up the app to access the Trip Planner and easily buy passes. 
This app requires iOS 11 or higher.  We recommend using iOS 12 to take advantage of all the app features.
