Whats going on here 🤣

I was charged for the whole year ahead as soon as I signed up for 7 free trial, now I cannot cancel until 2025. If this is a bug then the developers of the app should address it ASAP!

It’s scam. I’ve choose subscription a week 4,9€/ week. It’s totally surprised me that they charged me for 19,99€ for Ebook without any information during my register process. I only saw the charge when it’s automatically charged to my apple pay. It’s unacceptable. I contacted customer support they said refund is not possible. It’s very ridiculous that during register process I had not see the information of 19.99 before I accepted the subscription. The product service is not sastisfied either. No star for this app and Not recommend this app to anyone!

Detects a heavy German accent as 75% accurate and way higher than any much better sounding attempt by native speaker (50% max).

I double checked my settings. I set it on englisch but EVERYTHING IS RUSSIAN. How should I use the app!?

Having the 1 year plan follow the trial automatically without confirmation is unethical. You KNOW you’re making bank of people forgetting about it. The functions are alright, but for an "Ai voice coach" you expect it to be able to tell me what I should train specifically, but even things like being too quiet I had to figure out myself. It can’t even properly distinguish between the pitch of my voice and background noises, giving me a 150 htz on average, while with all other apps I’ve tried, it’s 80-90. Also, the most useful exercise I found is the straw exercise, and this isn’t covered here.
Other than that, it has a wide variety of exercises and I still found the rating useful, though only coupled with trial and error to narrow it down

I think it’s a scum app — there is no functionality to cancel the subscription. I checked the FAQ but there are no described functionality in the app. For free you can make only one voice test, lots of dark patterns

Too expensive, training is okay though.
Rating voices is bs, 90% Indian people and no one except Indian likes the way they speak

Ich würde mit dem App auch gern die Deutsche Sprache trainieren 😊 Ansonsten ist alles super gemacht.
