ZipBooks Accounting & Invoices Reviews

Installed ZipBooksAccountingInvoices on my iPhone 7s to try it out, The fields are extremely difficult to read when filling in information. I’m sure the software does a great job but I can’t continue to use it too straining on the eyes.
I think that’s should be an easy fix for the programmers but I just can’t use it.

Does not show a complete record of transactions. Dashboard is an oversimplificated mess. Invoice function allows for you to input costs of services, something that you have to pay for on the browser version. Makes no sense. The only thing I like is the ability to attach a photo of receipts to transactions. Wish I could use ZipBooksAccountingInvoices but I can’t so I’ll just be uninstalling.

I downloaded zip books to keep track of the child support my ex owes me (and sometimes pays me). I figured to just backdate invoices for anything not current and then I will just put the payments in and backdate those as well. Well it turns out I can't seem to put payments in without actually accepting an electronic payment.
So I messaged "Brad" in the text box on the website asking him how I submit cash payments. So he says this: "i strongly encourage you to not mix personal and business expenses in the same account. It isn't designed to do that well and it violates sound accounting principles"
WTH kind of answer is that?? Not only did he not answer my question, he totally assumed what I was using the program for. Since when does he have the right to tell me how to use the software? His opinion shouldn't matter, I asked him a question about the software he should answer said question. That's like me asking him how I make an invoice and he says "you should not make invoices for buying and selling drugs".
Guess I'm finding another software to use. Wtg zipbooks. this will also be posted on your Facebook page.

ZipBooks is a very generous, clean, and intuitive accounting SaaS (software as a service) that runs completely into the cloud. It’s 100% free without any advertising banners of any kind on the web or its app. If you choose to get a premium membership or start accepting credit cards through ZipBooks, there is a charge, but it’s incredibly affordable even in that regard. I’ve been using ZipBooks for over a year, and I have no complaints. The one time I had an issue with the site (I found a bug), support reach out promptly and politely within a few hours to fix the issue, and I only have the free membership. Thank you, ZipBooks! I will be referring others to you!

I’ve been impressed with ZipBooks in every respect. I made the move from Billings Pro and iBiz before that (rest in peace iBiz). The design is clean and intuitive. There are power features I don’t need (yet), but I like having them available. Most importantly, the support experience has been stellar. I’ve received very prompt replies the few times I’ve had questions. The online tutorials are thorough — check out the one on how to import data from other apps. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful, cloud-based option at a (very) low price.

Life saver! After searching for the right app, this one wins the prize. I can send invoices on the go all the time now which really helps me stay on top of our work.

I can finally keep track of my customers, payments and cash flow with an app that makes sense. Great for accounting and invoicing. Looking forward to trying the auto payments as well.

No brainer for business owners-especially if you're on your phone a lot. This ones an easy five star app.

But the mobile app crashes whenever I open up a transaction. Seems to happen whenever I open up a transaction with a receipt, if the receipt was attached on desktop.

The UI on desktop is beautiful - really hope the mobile issue gets fixed soon.

The options provided by Zipbooks to customize invoices is a refreshing solution to handling various invoice breakouts. The UI is so clean and easy to navigate, I forget that I'm completing my invoice work on a mobile device. The default trending graphs are an added bonus, giving me a high level view of how I'm doing without having to jump to a different program.

Don't bother downloading this. ZipBooksAccountingInvoices doesn't work at all. I have an iPhone 7 and we use zip books through our work gsuite account. I can't even login to ZipBooksAccountingInvoices because all it does is take me to a page saying I must enable cookies which cannot be done. I tried using my gsuite info to login without hitting the login with Google button but that doesn't work either. We love the features of zip books on the desktops but may be forced to switch to another provider as we have the need to track hours with our new employees and the phone feature is key to this.

Tracking time in general for a job is always a pain. Especially when your time is billable to a client. ZipBooks has created a digital platform to easily tack every employees time without a hassle. It is completely free and it keeps track of all cash flow to make for an easy spring of business taxes. Highly recommend everyone to try this because it's amazing and free!

Finally ZipBooksAccountingInvoices is here! I am so excited!! I have been using ZipBooks for almost a year, as I launch my small business and it has kept me so organized and made things so seamless and easy for me! I love love love their product. And now entering expenses and tracking things on-the-go is already so much easier! ZipBooksAccountingInvoices works great, excited to see where it goes from here :) two thumbs, WAY UP!!

Coming from freshbooks which was clunky, this is a breath of fresh air! Not only is it free, but is a great way to both manage invoices on the go and on the computer. And the credit card fees are pretty darn low.

Did I mention it's a full featured app for free? Just download it. They'll even help transfer your old freshbooks data.

Wow - lookout Quickbooks, there is a competitor who is poised to eat your lunch. This program is SOO easy to use, with a powerful chest of tools, and a dashboard that is both accessible and which presents meaningful data. I LOVE it!! I can't believe it's FREE!! Can't understand why everyone is not using this. Great job developing the next 'killer app'!

I love the design, I like how easy it is but there are a couple of bugs on ZipBooksAccountingInvoices that are annoying. It just is not as stable as the site.

I would love to be able to add several contacts to a client. It only lets me add one..

I am considering switching back to FreshBooks if these things aren’t fixed..

I had no issues with the previous versions of ZipBooksAccountingInvoices but the 1.3 (and 1.3.1) versions crash anytime the "Tracking" button is tapped. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they have been unwilling to even look into the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ZipBooksAccountingInvoices numerous times, reset my phone, and tried on multiple devices...all with the same result. I loved ZipBooksAccountingInvoices when it worked. Now it is of no use to me.
